how do i get started? Take a look at the services that I am offering to help you make a decision on you actually need. If you find exactly what you need, click the PayPal - Pay Now button and pay your deposit, or pay in full. Maybe you don't find the exact design journey path to take. If not, contact me to discuss the details of your project. I will give you a custom quote based on your needs. Once your deposit or full payment is confirmed, you will receive a Design Questionnaire via email to provide the complete details for your project. how do i pay you? A 50% deposit is required prior to the start of the project to schedule a spot on my design queue. This amount will be invoiced with your contract via email or you can make the deposit online. The remaining balance is due in full once the project is completed. Once the balance is paid in full, all files will be delivered and/or the site will be launched. PayPal is the primary form of payment accepted, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal. do you offer payment plans? A 50% deposit is required to get started on your project if the total amount of the project is $600 or below. The remaining balance is due after completion of design. Once the balance is paid in full, all files will be delivered and/or the site will be launched. I do offer payment plans if the project is above $600. Payments will be equally distributed in three payments. The first payment is required to get started on your project, the second payment will be due upon approval of design, and the final payment will be due upon completion of design. Once the balance is paid in full, all files will be delivered and/or the site will be launched. how long will my design take? Projects typically take 2 weeks from start to finish. This time can vary depending on the revisions process, the timeline that you indicate on your questionnaire, or the placement of your project in my design queue. how can i contact you? You can contact me through the contact me page as well as through phone. Communication through phone is great; however, communication via email will be better regarding the transfer of information for a project. I’m able to keep an accurate account of all details for your project that way. Once you have contacted me, you will get a response within 24-48 business hours. I ask that you promptly reply to all emails. It is important that we communicate often to get your project finished on schedule.
